| The TWI Network is made up of individuals, companies and organizations that support the understanding and implementation of Lean Manufacturing. Lean manufacturing is identified in the books The Machine that Changed the World and Lean Thinking as the new paradigm of manufacturing. In fact the Lean Manufacturing model was fashioned after the Toyota Production System. TWI supports all companies that wish to adopt the Lean Manufacturing model, either by using the Toyota Production System or by developing their own Lean system. TWI provides management consultation, training and implementation strategies to companies that want to increase their performance. |
